All Retreats run from Sunday to Sunday, in the seven days you have 4 days of workshops and 3 days free You can book more than one week if you wish. Check-in time is usually from 12pm, but each time is slightly different. And we ask that you check-out by 12pm noon. When you book your stay we can organise your transfers to and from the Pescara airport. Group transfers are shared between up to 6-8 people and run on Sundays on arrivals around 21 pm and same in the way back. Or any-time transfers are available (for up to 4 people) any time of the week. The transfer is around 40 min.

 We deliver results through a strict philosophy based on movement, empathy, food discipline.   Limited to 8-10 guests each session. Each day consists of 5-6  hours of low impact activity , fitness classes and a connection with nature’s healing elements, taking place outdoors, or within the property’s open-air pool.

We will : release stress, restore mobility, increase vitality, take care of your neck, shoulders and back, improve overall emotional and physical well-being.

To further assist in calming the mind, we recommend disconnecting from your electronic devices.  For those that need to stay connected, we ask that you limit any usage to your private room which is equipped with wi-fi.

A Typical Day at Casale Colle Della Corte

The retreat place itself overlooks a magnificent 360° view of sea, mountain and hills. It is almost hard to describe the beauty of Abruzzo and we are extremely excited to have created something different and affordable.  The retreats run with a core team comprised of Manager, Dance fitness teacher and Yoga Fit teacher, who deliver a 4-day programme for the mind and the body. We believe that detoxing from the city life  should be a enjoyable experience.
