Kick start your health goals with a “4 day weekend” of 7-day wellness home program,  without distractions and in the beautiful surroundings.

Each day consists of 4-6  hours of low impact activity – in the beach or in mountain with fitness, dance and yoga  classes.  The experience will reset your lifestyle and the combination of fitness and yoga with  full fresh food will re-set your body.  Participants how to make home-made food in short time,  will widen the knowledge of the participants, which might turn out to be helpful in their everyday lives. During these four days, we will discover about vegan lifestyle in accordance with an ecologically sustainable way of living and cultural exchange among youth.
